What an engagement includes
AI readiness
We map how the work happens today and mark where AI improves it, what each change costs to run, and what it adds to the load of a team that is already stretched. You get a ranked list with the reasoning behind it.
Architecture review
We read what you have built, tell you what is likely to break first, and set out what to do about it. One document, written so your engineers can act on it and your board can follow it.
Student data & privacy
We establish where the data lives, who can reach it, and what FERPA, COPPA, and your state's student-privacy law require of the thing you are about to build. In plain language, while it is still cheap to change.
Training people will use
We run sessions and write documentation for the non-technical half of the organisation, in the language they use for their own work. We check back at month two to see who is still opening it.
How we price it
We agree a fixed fee in writing before anything starts, which keeps the risk of our own estimate with us. We price for education budgets, and that is a large part of why this company is in Portugal.
Review
We do a fixed-scope read of your architecture, AI plan, or data posture, and deliver it as a written report with a working session.
Ongoing advisory
You get a recurring block of senior time each month for reviews, pairing, and the questions that come up in between.
Enablement
We build training and documentation for your team, technical and non-technical, around how your school or product actually runs.
