How we price it
We agree a fixed fee in writing before anything starts, which keeps the risk of our own estimate with us. We price for education budgets, and that is a large part of why this company is in Portugal.
Small build
A fixed-scope, fixed-price project for a single tool or pipeline, delivered inside one school term.
Larger build
A multi-phase project with its own scope and price per phase, for a portal, directory, or system with several parts.
Retainer
A recurring block of build time for an organisation with a running list of smaller software needs.
